Расходомеры – это специальные приборы или системы, для измерения количества (объема, массы) веществ и сред (жидкость, газ, пар), прошедших по трубопроводу в заданный временной отрезок.
Какие бывают расходомеры?
Расходомеры условно подразделяются на группы – по типу измеряемого вещества и по принципу работы.
По типу вещества выделяют:

По принципу работы подразделяются на:
Ультразвуковые
Принцип действия основан на разнице во времени прохождения колебаний ультразвука по направлению контролируемого вещества и против направления. Измеряют объемный расход любых жидкостей, которые не содержат газовые включения, в том числе агрессивных и вязких и газа. Не вызывают потери давления.
Применяются в ЖКХ при измерении расходов воды, сточных вод. В промышленности для замера объема масел, нефтепродуктов, сжиженных газов, пищевых жидкостей и др.

Вихревые
Измеряет частоту возникающих вихрей, образующихся при столкновении потока жидкости или газа с твердым телом. Прост, надежен в эксплуатации. Отлично подходит для веществ с высокой скоростью пара, высокой температурой и давлением.
Применяются довольно широко в разных областях:
Для измерения пара – в паровых установках при производстве энергии и др.
Для измерения газа - распределяют природный газ в нефтегазовой промышленности.
Для измерения жидкостей – нефтехимическая промышленность, водоотведение и водоснабжение.
Вихревые расходомеры делят на группы, в зависимости от типа преобразователя. Это может быть обтекаемое тело, пьезоэлементы (воронкообразный вихрь) или специальная конструкция самого датчика (осциллирующая струя).

Массовые

Электромагнитный
Работа электромагнитных расходомеров основана на взаимодействии магнитного поля с движущейся электропроводной жидкостью. При этом возникает ЭДС, пропорциональная скорости движения.
